摘 要:CRH380A/AL高速列车制动模式主要为盘形制动,其中包括轮盘制动和轴盘制动。本文通过利用SolidWorks软件,基于SolidWorks Simulation CRH380A/AL动车组制动时制动盘与制动闸片接触时的应力分布情况,进而分析制动过程对空心车轴的影响。结果表明,当CRH380A/AL动车组高速制动过程中,除制动盘外,空心车轴制动盘座和轮盘座受热最严重。此外,该部位受到的应力也为空心车轴受到的最大应力,空心车轴轴身处疲劳寿命损坏严重。The braking mode of CRH380A/AL high-speed train is mainly disc braking, which includes wheel disc braking and axle disc braking. In this paper, the finite element analysis of CRH380A/AL trailer wheel pair with axle disc brake was carried out based on SolidWorks software and SolidWorks Simulation, and the stress distribution when the brake disc contacts the brake disc during the braking of CRH380A/AL EMU was discussed, then the influ. ence of braking process on hollow axle was analyzed. The results showed that the hollow axle brake seat and wheel seat were heated most seriously during the high-speed braking process of CRH380A/AL EMU except the brake disc. In addition, the stress on this part was also the maximum stress on the hollow axle, and the fatigue life of the hollow axle body was seriously damaged.
