低温等离子腺样体切除术在小儿鼾症治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究低温等离子腺样体切除术在小儿鼾症治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年4月-2018年4月笔者所在医院收治的80例小儿鼾症,随机分为两组,试验组采用低温等离子腺样体切除术,对照组采取鼻动力腺样体切除术,每组40例,比较两组的术中出血量、治疗效果及患儿睡眠情况。结果:两组比较,试验组总有效率高于对照组,两组患儿在治疗后,睡眠质量皆有所改善,试验组明显优于对照组,试验组平均手术时间及术中出血量均低于对照组,两组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低温等离子腺样体切除术能够有效地治疗小儿鼾症,缓解患儿的症状,减少患儿的痛苦,提高患儿的睡眠质量,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of low temperature plasma adenoidectomy in the treatment of pediatric snoring.Method:Eighty children with snoring were admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to April 2018.They were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with low temperature plasma adenoidectomy and the control group was treated with nasal adenoids resection,40 cases in each group,the intraoperative blood loss,treatment effect and patient sleep were compared in two groups.Result:In the two groups,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The quality of sleep improved after treatment in both groups.The experimental group was significantly better than the control group.The average operation time and intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group were both.Compared with the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-temperature plasma adenoidectomy can effectively treat children with snoring,relieve the symptoms of children,reduce the pain of children,improve the quality of sleep,and it is worth promoting.
