强化情志护理联合开天门对全髋关节置换术患者围手术期负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨情志护理联合开天门对全髋关节置换术患者围手术期负性情绪的影响。方法:收集笔者所在科室住院的2015年5月-2018年2月诊治的90例全髋关节置换术患者,将其随机分为对照组(45例)和治疗组(45例)。对照组给予常规护理,治疗组在常规护理的基础上给予强化情志护理及开天门治疗,全髋关节置换术前1 d、手术结束当天、手术后第3天进行系统性情志护理及开天门3次,通过焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁量表(SDS)对两组患者的恐惧、焦虑、抑郁评分变化进行统计分析。结果:治疗组患者恐惧、焦虑、抑郁评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对全髋关节置换术患者围手术期进行强化情志护理联合开天门可缓解其恐惧、焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者之后的治疗依从性,利于患者康复。Objective:To explore the effect of emotional nursing combined with Kaitianmen on the negative emotions of patients with total hip arthroplasty during perioperative period.Method:90 patients with total hip arthroplasty diagnosed and treated in our department from May 2015 to February 2018 were randomly divided into control group(45 cases)and treatment group(45 cases).Control group given routine nursing care,the treatment group on the basis of conventional nursing used reinforcement of modern nursing and Kaitianmen treatment.The day before total hip replacement surgery,the end day,the third day after the operation,systematic of modern nursing and Kaitianmen three times,through self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS)and depression scale(SDS),the two groups of patients with fear,anxiety,depression score changes were analyzed.Result:The scores of fear,anxiety and depression in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:To strengthen perioperative patients of total hip replacement with modern nursing combined with Kaitianmen can alleviate the fear,anxiety,depression,and improve the treatment compliance of patients,good for patient rehabilitation.
