摘　　要：目的探讨多元化教学法在肉毒毒素联合玻尿酸注射技巧培训中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月—2017年12月在浙江大学医学院第二附属医院整形外科进修肉毒毒素联合玻尿酸注射技术的整形外科医生共20名作为研究对象,使用理论考试、技能考核等方式对教学效果进行测评。结果 20名整形外科医生的理论考核、临床技能考核平均成绩、学习主动性和积极性,团队协作能力得到极大提升(P <0.05)。结论肉毒毒素联合玻尿酸注射技巧培训作为近年来临床前沿技术,注意点及技术要求极高,需要充分考虑患者综合条件,制定个性化治疗方案,并施以精细化操作。国内对临床医师开展新型技术传授教学模式尚处于起步发展阶段,在肉毒毒素联合玻尿酸注射技巧培训中采取多元化教学,能有效提升学习者理论及技能掌握水平,激发学习主动性和积极性,应在教学中广泛使用。Objective To explore the effect of diversified teaching methods in the training of botulinum toxin combined with hyaluronic acid injection.Methods From January 2014 to December 2017,20 plastic surgeons who studied botulinum toxin combined with hyaluronic acid injection in the plastic surgery department of the second affiliated hospital of Zhejiang university medical college were selected as the subjects to evaluate the teaching effect by means of theoretical examination and skill assessment.Results 20 plastic surgeons achieved excellent results in theory examination,average score of clinical skill examination,initiative and enthusiasm for learning,and their teamwork ability were greatly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Botulinum toxin combined with hyaluronic acid injection skill training as a clinical frontier technology in recent years,the points of attention and technical requirements are extremely high,it is necessary to fully consider the comprehensive conditions of patients,to develop personalized treatment program,and to carry out refined operation.The teaching mode of new technology teaching for clinicians in China is still in the initial stage of development.Diversified teaching in the training of botulinum toxin combined with hyaluronic acid injection can effectively improve the learners'mastery of theory and skills,stimulate their initiative and enthusiasm for learning,and should be widely used in teaching.
