阿奇霉素联合山莨菪碱治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果

摘　　要：目的阿奇霉素联合山莨菪碱用于小儿支原体肺炎的效果探究。方法回顾分析本院2014年7月—2015年7月收治的支原体肺炎患儿82例,随机分为观察、对照两组,各41例。对照组予以阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合山莨菪碱注射液治疗,观察对比组间疗效、恢复情况及不良反应差异。结果观察组患者显效+有效例数多于对照组,组间相比统计学差异明显(P <0.05);观察组患者退烧时间、咳喘消失时间、住院时间数值均低于对照组,存在统计学差异(P <0.05);观察组患者SF-36各项评分高于对照组,存在统计学差异(P <0.05);组间不良反应相比,无统计学差异(P> 0.05)。结论以山莨菪碱注射液辅助阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗支原体肺炎患儿效果确切,患儿身体恢复时间短,提高患儿生活质量,安全性较好。Objective To explore the effect of azithromycin combined with anisodamine on mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods 82 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into two groups,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin sequential therapy,and the observation group was treated with anisodamine injection on the basis of the control group.The difference in efficacy,recovery and adverse reactions between the two groups was observed.Results The number of effective+effective cases in the observation group was more than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The time of fever reduction,cough and asthma disappearance and hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,but the SF-36 score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion The sequential treatment of azithromycin with anisodamine injection has a definite effect on children with mycoplasma pneumonia,with short recovery time and better safety.
