中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年5月—2017年12月收治130例多囊卵巢综合征病患,分为中西医组以及西医组,其中西医组只予以西医用药治疗,中西医组则增加中医治疗手段。结果中西医组患者T、LH等指标水平在治疗后优于西医组;中西医组患者获得的治疗总有效率与西医组相比更高;中西医组患者的妊娠率高于西医组,组间对比可见统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论多卵巢综合征病患予以中西医结合治疗能标本兼顾,既保障治疗效果,还可提高妊娠率。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 130 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)in our hospital from May 2016 to December 2017 were divided into Chinese and Western medicine group and Western medicine group.Western medicine group was only treated with Western medicine,while Chinese and Western medicine group was treated with Chinese medicine.Results The levels of T,LH and other indicators in Chinese and Western medicine group was better than western medicine group after treatment;the total effective rate of Chinese and Western medicine group was higher than that in western medicine group;the pregnancy rate in Chinese and Western medicine group was higher than that in Western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of polyovarian syndrome with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can give consideration to both the standard,that is,to ensure the treatment effect and improve the pregnancy rate.
