中重度妊高征应用硫酸镁静滴的效果及临床护理

摘　　要：目的探讨硫酸镁静滴临床治疗中重度妊娠高血压综合征的观察护理。方法选取2017年1—12月在我院进行治疗的中重度妊娠高血压综合征患者84例,随机分为两组,对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用优质护理。比较两组患者的生活质量;比较两组患者的不良反应发生率。结果研究组的心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活均优于对照组(P <0.05);对照组的不良反应发生率为57.1%,研究组不良反应发生率为9.5%,研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁静滴临床治疗中重度妊娠高血压综合征的护理中,优质护理的效果较好,降低并发症的发生率,保障治疗的有效性,临床上可以多加应用。Objective To investigate the nursing care of patients with severe pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome treated with intravenous magnesium sulfate.Methods Eighty-four patients with moderate to severe hypertensive pregnancy syndrome who were treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing and the research group received quality nursing.Quality of life was compared between the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Result The mental function,somatic function,social function and material life of the study group were all superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the control group was 57.1%,the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was 9.5%,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of clinical treatment of moderate and severe pregnancy hypertension syndrome with magnesium sulfate static drop,the effect of quality nursing is better,the incidence of complications is reduced,the therapeutic effectiveness can be guaranteed,and the clinical application can be increased.
