摘　　要：总结1例ICD术后患者并发心脏填塞和电风暴的护理体会。护理要点包括:仔细观察患者病情变化、发生心包填塞和电风暴的医护配合、以及在抢救后应该注意的要点:如应用药物后的反应、心包引流管的护理、应用呼吸机的护理措施、患者在整个疾病过程的心理变化并给予相应的心理护理、术后康复指导等等。护理人员进行全面评估患者,给予患者循序渐进的护理措施,让患者尽快的康复,适应社会生活。Nursing experience of a case with Cardiac Tamponade and Electical Storm after ICD implatation was summarized.Nursing points included:Carefully observe the patient’s changes,Medical cooperation in the occurrence of pericardial tamponade and electrical storm,Matters to be noted after rescue:drug using、drainage tube care、ventilator applicate measures、and patients in the entire course of the disease psychological changes and then given corresponding psychological care、health guidance and so on.Comprehensive assessment of patients and provided them with progressive nursing measures And let them recover and adapt to social life as soon as possible.
