摘　　要：目的探讨非瓣膜性房颤患者行左心耳封堵术的整体护理对策。方法选取我院95例行经皮左心耳封堵术预防脑卒中的非瓣膜性房颤患者的资料进行回顾性分析,总结护理经验。结果 95例患者均经手术治疗后出院。结论对行左心耳封堵术患者的护理对策进行总结并制定相关流程图能敦促护理人员对此新领域的护理措施不断完善,为整体护理和患者教育提供依据。Objective To investigate the holistic nursing strategy of left atrial appendage occlusion in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation.Methods The nursing experience about 100 cases of non-valvular atrial fibrillation patients who had been left atrial appendage occlusion for prevention of cerebral apoplexy was summarized and performed by retrospective analysis.Results 95 patients was discharged after therapy and care.Conclusion The summary of the nursing strategies for patients with left atrial appendage occlusion and the development of related flow charts can continuously improve the nursing interventions in this new area and provide evidence for holistic care and patient education.
