摘  要:一直以来,矿山灾害严重威胁着中国煤矿的安全高效开采。矿山压力与岩层控制是防治煤矿重大灾害的关键,被国内外学者重点关注。20世纪80年代,紧密联系煤矿现场生产一线,宋振骐研究团队创建了"实用矿山压力控制理论",亦称"传递岩梁理论"。传递岩梁理论是中国最著名的岩层控制理论之一,对指导煤矿安全生产起到重要作用。论文阐述了传递岩梁理论的主要研究成果:严格定义了矿山压力与矿山压力显现的概念,并揭示矿山压力与矿山压力显现的关系。理论分析了矿山压力的来源、支承压力分布特征及采场结构力学模型的组成及发展规律等重要问题。指出影响矿压显现的岩层范围是有限的、可知的、可控的。上述研究成果为把传统矿山压力理论研究推进到针对具体煤层条件科学定量的发展阶段奠定了基础。Coal mine disasters are threatening the safety of coal mines in China.Ground pressure and strata control forms the core of coal mine disaster control and they are what scholars in mining are focusing on worldwide.Practical ground pressure contorl theory,also known as transfer rock beam theory(TRBT),was proposed in the 1980s by Song Zhenqi′s group,and it was obtained from coal fields and actual production lines,and has been widely used in China.TRBT is one of the most famous strata control theories in China and it plays a pivotal role in mining safety.This paper has presented the advances and main research results of TRBT:The concept of ground pressure and the dialectical unity between the ground pressure and ground pressure behaviors(the absoluteness of ground pressure and the relativity of ground pressure behaviors)has been described.Additionally,some significant issues in ground pressure control such as the origin and elements of ground pressure and the distribution characteristics of abutment pressure,as well as the structural mechanical model of the stope and its formation and development rule have been analyzed.It was pointed out that the strata scope influencing the behavior of the ground pressure was finite,knowable and controllable.The research results above had paved the way for the promotion of the traditional research on ground pressure theory toward a development stage,where the scientific quantitative analysis based on concrete coal seam conditions can be achieved.
