摘　　要：目的对保山市人民医院检验科贝克曼库尔特LH750血细胞分析仪进行性能验证。方法参照WS/T 406-2012要求,通过本底计数、携带污染、批内精密度、批间精密度、线性范围、准确度、正确度试验进行性能验证。结果贝克曼库尔特LH750血细胞分析仪本底计数,携带污染率,白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血细胞比容(HCT)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、红细胞平均血红蛋白量(MCH)、红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)的批内、批间精密度以及准确度、正确度、线性均符合WS/T 406-2012要求。结论贝克曼库尔特LH750血细胞分析仪性能良好,测定结果准确可靠,能满足临床检测要求的标准。Objective To perform the performance verification of the Beckman Coulter LH750 blood cell analyzer in the Baoshan Municipal People′s Hospital.Methods According to the requirements of WS/T 406-2012,the performance verification was carried out through the background counting,carry-over rate,intra-batch and inter-batch precision,linear range,accuracy and crectness tests.Results The background count of Beckman Coulter LH750 blood cell analyzer,carry over rate,intra-batch and inter-batch precision of WBC,RBC,Hb,HCT,MCV,MCH,MCHC,accuracy,crectness and linearity conformed to WS/T 406-2012 requirements.Conclusion The Beckman Coulter LH750 blood cell analyzer has good performance,its detection results are accurate and reliable,which can meet the requirements of clinical testing.
