消肿止痛膏治疗四肢闭合性软组织损伤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察消肿止痛膏治疗四肢闭合性软组织损伤的疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的175例闭合性软组织伤随机分为治疗组和对照A、B两组。治疗组111例,在制动、冰敷的基础上外用消肿止痛膏,对照组A组39例,在制动、冰敷的基础上外用双氯酚酸钠软膏组疗效比较,对照组B组25例,仅采用常规制动、冰敷的治疗方法。3组均以第1、3、7天、2周为观察期,观察2周。结果:3组疗效比较,治疗组与对照组A、B组总有效率94.6%和84.6%、68.0%,3组比较具有统计学意义。结论:消肿止痛膏外敷治疗四肢闭合性软组织损伤安全有效,优于市场部分西药。objective : Observe the effect of a Paste-relieving swelling and pain on closed limbs’ soft tissue injury. methods: a total of 175 patient with soft Tissue Injury who met the criteria were randomized into treatment and control groups A and B.in the treatment group,111 cases were treated with a Paste which can relieve swelling and pain on the basis of rest and ice compress, 39 patients in the control group A were treated with diclofenac sodium cream on the basis of rest and ice compress. In the control group B, 25patients were treated with rest and ice compress. All 3 groups were took for the 1、3、14 days as an observation period ,which is total for 2 weeks.Results: In the three groups, the response rate of the treatment group and the control group A and B were 94.6%, 84.6%, and 68.0%. All the differences had statistical significant. Conclusion: The Paste-relieving swelling and pain is reliable and effective in treatment of closed limbs’ soft tissue injury, and it is better than some medcine.
