摘　　要：[目的]分析杀雄剂SQ-1对玉米的杀雄效果。[方法]对5个不同的玉米品种(浚单22、德农20、吉祥一号、郑单958、蠡玉)在散粉前7 d喷施浓度为5 kg/hm^2的SQ-1处理,利用离体萌发法、碘-碘化钾染色法和TTC染色法3种方法分别鉴定花粉活力,并对比分析其穗型、顶端雄穗育性以及植株整体生长情况。[结果]经SQ-1处理的玉米植株,其穗小且籽粒少,顶端雄穗花粉数量少且活力差,花粉粒活性变弱。[结论]SQ-1对玉米花粉有较显著的杀雄效果,可以作为玉米化学杀雄的有效途径之一。[Objective]To analyze the male sterility effects on maize by gametocide SQ-1.[Method]5 kg/hm^2 SQ-1 was sprayed in five different species of maize(Jundan 22,Denong 20,Jixiang 1,Zhengdan 958,Liyu)7 d before pollen flying.Then pollen viability was evaluated by three different methods,which were in vitro pollen germination method,I 2-KI staining method and TTC staining method.Parameters of the growth of plant were measured by comparing their shape of the fringe,the tassel and fertility.[Result]Maize which was dealt with SQ-1 had smaller spike and grain,less tassel,less and poorer quality pollen.[Conclusion]Chemical SQ-1 performs a significant effect on pollen vitality,and can be used as a chemical male sterility agent in maize.
