摘袋时间对菠萝果实品质的影响

摘　　要：[目的]明确幼龄橡胶林下菠萝果袋的摘袋时间。[方法]以"无刺卡因"为材料,采用田间试验方法,设6个不同摘袋时期,研究不同摘袋时间对"无刺卡因"果实外观性状和内在品质的影响。[结果]在采前10 d摘袋,无果实日灼现象,果实的可溶性固形物含量、V_C含量、可滴定酸含量较高,固酸比合理,而且单果重也大。[结论]建议在云南菠萝产区用黑色塑料袋套袋后,采前10 d摘除果袋以获得菠萝优质高产。[Objective]To determine suitable debagging time of pineapple intercropped in young rubber plantation.[Method]‘Smooth Cayene’was used as material and different debagging time were set in a single-factor design to study effects of different debagging time on external and internal quality of pineapple fruit.[Result]The tenth day before picking was the most optimum time of debagging when there was no sunburn,at the same time,soluble solid,V C and titratable acid content reached the highest,ratio of soluble solid and titratable acid content was moderate and average fruit weight was larger.[Conclusion]It is suggested to remove black plastic bag at the tenth day before picking so as to obtain high quality and high yield of pineapple.
