不同组织模式对农户产业化经营水平的影响差异研究  

On the Influence of Different Organization Modes on the Management Level of Farmers’ Industrialization

摘　　要：以临安1 325个农户为样本,通过构建多元有序Logistic模型,重点分析了组织模式对农户产业化经营水平的影响。结果表明:组织模式是影响农户产业化经营水平的重要因素,与未参加农业经营组织的农户相比,参加新型农业经营组织的农户更倾向于采取产业化经营方式。此外,研究还发现户主受教育年限、农业收入占比、农业技术培训、信贷获得等因素也将对农户产业化经营水平产生促进作用。最后,从创新农业组织形式、提升农户文化程度、创造良好农村金融环境等方面提出了提升农户产业化经营水平的政策建议。Using the survey data from 1 325 farmers in Lin’an,the paper analyzes the impact of organizational mode on the management level of farmers’industrialization by building the ordinal Logistic model.The result showed that the organizational mode is an important factor affecting the level of farmers’industrialization.Compared with farmers who have not participated in agricultural industrialization organizations,farmers who participated in new agricultural management organizations are inclined to select industrialized management methods.In addition,the study also found that the factors such as the length of education of the farmers,the proportion of agricultural income,agricultural technology training,and credit acquisition will also promote the industrialization level positively.Finally,the paper proposes policy recommendations to improve the management level of farmers’industrialization from the aspects of innovating agricultural organization,upgrading farmers’cultural level and creating a good rural financial environment.
