摘　　要：为探寻新型农民创业特征和期望的政府扶持,运用问卷调查法对新型农民开展调查,使用描述性统计方法进行数据分析,提出促进农民创业的政策建议。分析发现,家庭人口越多外出打工的概率越低,耕地面积越多外出打工概率越低,是否外出打工比家庭人口对创业的影响更大。文章认为,集体创业成为新型农民创业的新形式,政府应促进土地流转,加强农业合作社建设,促进农民集体创业;要重视加强农民创业培训,根据农民创业领域或意向开展分门别类的针对性培训,促进农民非农创业发展;要对乡镇机关工作人员开展培训;要通过经济政策吸引社会资本参与农民创业;要积极营造农村创业氛围,促进农村农民创业活动发展。In order to explore the characteristics of new farmers’entrepreneurship and the expected government support,a questionnaire survey was carried out for new farmers,and descriptive statistical methods were used to analyze the data.Data shows that the higher the household population,the lower the probability of going out to work,and the greater the area of farmland,the lower the probability of going out to work,and whether to go out to work has a greater impact on entrepreneurship than the household population.The paper argues that collective entrepreneurship becomes a new form of farmer entrepreneurship,and the government should promote land transfer,strengthen the construction of agricultural cooperatives,and promote the collective entrepreneurship of farmers.The government should pay more attention to strengthening the training for farmers to start their own businesses,and carry out targeted training in different categories according to their areas or intentions of starting their own businesses,and promote the development of non-agricultural businesses for farmers.The government should attract social capital to participate in the farmer to start a business through the economic policy,also should actively create an entrepreneurial atmosphere in rural areas and promote the development of entrepreneurial activities for rural farmers.
