摘  要:结合连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTPCs)熔融沉积成型(FDM)工艺的最新发展情况,将该工艺按照原材料初始状态划分为在线预浸与离线预浸两类,并分别介绍各自使用的材料要求及关键打印设备的运行原理;同时综述了CFRTPCs的FDM工艺改进与应用结构及潜在的应用领域。同时针对CFRTPCs打印产品力学性能低的缺点,对包括工艺固有属性、材料种类等方面的原因进行了分析。最后,提出了目前面临的问题,为CFRTPCs的3D打印技术进一步发展提供新思路。According to the latest development of fused deposition modeling(FDM)process for continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites(CFRTPCs),the process was divided into two types according to the initial state of raw materials:on-line prepreg and off-line prepreg.Then,the material requirements and the operation principles of the key printing equipment were introduced respectively,and technology improvement,application cases and potential application fields of CFRTPCs FDM process.At the same time,aiming at the disadvantage of low mechanical properties for CFRTPCs,the reasons,including the inherent properties of the process and the kinds of materials,were analyzed.At last,some current problems were puts forward,which can provide new thought for the further development of 3D printing technology of CFRTPCs.
