临床诊疗指南结合病例分析在妇产科规范化培训中的应用

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后继续教育的必要环节,是临床思维形成和基本技能锻炼的重要时期。临床诊疗指南是按照循证医学的方法开发出的一组临床指导意见,是临床医生从事临床工作的重要纲领性文献,住院医师需重点掌握和熟练应用。将临床诊疗指南融入到病例分析中,运用于妇产科住院医师培养,可有效节约住院医师的宝贵时间,提高学习效率,有助于临床思维能力和自学能力的培养。文章以10例"宫腔粘连"的病例讨论为例,分析病例讨论与临床诊疗指南相结合在妇产科住院医师学习中的重要性。The standardized training on residents is an essential part of continuing education for medical students after graduation,and is also an important period for the formation of clinical thinking and basic skills training.The guidelines for clinical diagnosis and treatment is a group of clinical guideline opinion that has been developed according to the evidence-based medicine method.It is an important programmatic document for clinicians to engage in clinical work.It is necessary for residents to master and proficient in application.Combining guidelines for clinical diagnosis and treatment with case analysis,and applying it to the cultivation of residents in gynaecology and obstetrics department can effectively save the valuable time of the residents,improve the learning efficiency,which is contribute to the cultivation of clinical thinking ability and self-learning ability.This article takes ten cases of“intrauterine adhesions”as a case to analyze the importance of combining case discussion with guidelines for clinical diagnosis and treatment in the study of residents in gynaecology and obstetrics department.
