宫腔镜下子宫黏膜下肌瘤电切术50例临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察宫腔镜下子宫黏膜下肌瘤电切术的临床效果。方法将我院收治的100例子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者分为两组,每组50例,实验组采用宫腔镜下子宫黏膜下肌瘤电切术治疗,对照组采用腹腔镜下子宫黏膜下肌瘤电切术治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);实验组肛门排气时间与住院时间短于对照组,术中不良事件发生率(4.00%)低于对照组(22.00%),宫腔粘连发生率(0%)低于对照组(18.00%),两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论宫腔镜下子宫黏膜下肌瘤电切术的临床效果较佳,各项手术指标均比较理想,术中不良事件发生率低,无宫腔粘连,术后恢复快。Objective To observe the clinical effect of hysteroscopic electrosurgery resection of submucous myoma of uterus.Methods 100 cases of submucous myoma of uterus in our hospital were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with hysteroscopic electrosurgery submucous myomectomy,and the control group was treated with laparoscopic submucous myomectomy,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistical significance in the operation time and the amount of bleeding between the two groups(P >0.05).The anal exhaust time and hospital time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,the incidence of adverse events in the operation was 4.00%in the experimental group,lower than that of the control group(22.00%),and the incidence of intrauterine adhesions was 0%in the experimental group,lower than that of the control group(18.00%),and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of hysteroscopic electrosurgery resection of submucous submucous myoma is better,all the operative indexes are ideal,the incidence of adverse events in the operation is low,there is no intrauterine adhesion,and the postoperative recovery is fast.
