腕关节镜下AO空心加压螺钉治疗腕舟骨骨折15例效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究腕关节镜下AO空心加压螺钉治疗腕舟骨骨折患者的临床效果。方法 30例腕舟骨骨折患者,按照病例号单双号分为对照组和实验组,每组15例。对照组开展Herbert螺钉固定治疗,实验组开展腕关节镜下AO空心加压螺钉治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、Mayo腕关节功能优良率以及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果实验组患者总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的Mayo腕关节功能优良率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的53.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者VAS评分为(1.69±0.85)分,明显低于对照组的(3.58±1.11)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腕舟骨骨折患者开展腕关节镜下AO空心加压螺钉治疗,可提升患者的治疗效果,改善Mayo腕关节功能,缓解疼痛,值得临床深究。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of scaphoid fractures treated with AO cannulated compression screws under wrist arthroscopy. Methods A total of 30 patients with scaphoid fractures were divided by single and double case number into control group and experimental group, with 15 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Herbert screw fixation, and the experimental group was treated with AO cannulated compression screws under wrist arthroscopy. Comparison were made on treatment effect, Mayo wrist joint function rate and visual analogue scale (VAS) score between the two groups. Results The experimental group had obviously higher total effective rate as 93.33% than 60.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The experimental group had obviously higher Mayo wrist joint function rate as 93.33% than 53.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in VAS score (P>0.05). After treatment, the experimental group had obviously lower VAS score as (1.69±0.85) points than (3.58±1.11) points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of AO cannulated compression screws under wrist arthroscopy for patients with scaphoid fractures can improve the treatment effect, improve Mayo wrist joint function and relieve pain. It is worthy of further clinical study.
