摘　　要：目的比较不同病因所致的慢性心力衰竭患者血尿酸水平。方法将107例慢性心力衰竭患者按病因分为扩张型心肌病组及对照组(病因包括冠心病、高血压病及其他病因),比较两组患者血尿酸、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)以及心功能情况,分析血尿酸水平与其他指标的相关性。结果扩张型心肌病组患者年龄低于对照组,LVEF低于对照组,LVEDD及血尿酸水平均高于对照组(均P <0. 05),心功能分级较对照组差(P <0. 05)。慢性心力衰竭患者的血尿酸水平与LVEF负相关,与LVEDD及心功能分级正相关(均P <0. 05)。结论随着心力衰竭病情的加重,慢性心力衰竭患者血尿酸水平升高。扩张型心肌病导致的慢性心功能衰竭患者血尿酸水平高于其他病因患者。Objective To compare the level of blood uric acid in patients with chronic heart failure caused by different etiologies.Methods A total of 107 patients with chronic heart failure were divided into dilated cardiomyopathy group or control group(including coronary heart disease,hypertension and other etiologies)according to the etiology,level of blood uric acid,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and cardiac function were compared between the two groups,and correlation between blood uric acid and other indexes were analyzed.Results Patients were younger,LVEF was lower,both LVEDD and blood uric acid level were higher,and cardiac function grade was worse in the dilated cardiomyopathy group than in control group(all P<0.05).Level of blood uric acid in patients with chronic heart failure was negatively correlated with LVEF,and positively correlated with LVEDD and cardiac function grade(P<0.05).Conclusion Level of blood uric acid increases with the aggravation of heart failure in patient with chronic heart failure.Level of blood uric acid of chronic heart failure patients caused by dilated cardiomyopathy is higher than that of the other etiologies.
