摘 要:采用超声波辅助电沉积方法,在氨基磺酸盐镀液中制备了Ni-Co合金镀层与Ni-Co/ZrO_2复合镀层。研究了电沉积两种镀层的电化学行为,并测试了两种镀层的性能。结果表明:纳米ZrO_2微粒的加入,降低了电沉积体系的极化度,使电沉积更容易进行;与Ni-Co合金镀层相比,NiCo/ZrO_2复合镀层具有更高的纳米压痕硬度、弹性模量、硬模比,以及更优异的减摩性能。Ni-Co alloy coating and Ni-Co/ZrO2 composite coating were prepared using a ultrasound-assisted electrodeposition method from sulfamate bath.The electrochemical behavior of electrodeposited two coatings was investigated,and the properties of two coatings were tested.The results showed that the addition of nano-ZrO2 particles could decrease the polarizability of electrodeposition system,and made the electrodeposition more easily.Ni-Co/ZrO2 composite coating has much higher nanoindentation hardness,elastic modulus,the ratio of hardness to elastic modulus and much better wear resistance compared to Ni-Co alloy coating.
