摘 要:针对以含锑的废杂物料为原料制备粗焦锑酸钠的工艺进行研究。根据某冶炼厂含锑废杂物料的性质,将一次净化渣经酸浸后与其他多种含锑废杂物料混合进入浸锑槽,使锑浸出形成硫代亚锑酸钠进入溶液,再采用高压空气对其进行氧化,从而生成粗焦锑酸钠产品。该工艺生成的粗焦锑酸钠产品,锑的质量分数在50%以上,不但能降低生产成本,而且缩短了氧化时间,从根本上解决了铜冶炼厂含锑废杂物料回收问题。This paper studied the process of crude sodium pyroantimonate making with antimony-containing scrap.According to the properties of antimony-containing scrap in one smelter,the primary cleaned slag after acid leaching was mixed with other various kind of antimony-containing scraps and then sent to an antimony leaching tank,where the antimony went into the solution as sodium thioantimonite.The sodium thioantimonite was then oxidized with high pressure air into crude sodium pyroantimonate product.The crude sodium pyroantimonate from such process contains more than 50% antimony,so the process not only reduces the operation expenses but also shortens the oxidation time and solves the problem of recovering antimony from antimony-containing scrap in copper smelters.
