摘  要:为进一步减少烟气产生量,改善环境质量,减少炉内结渣等状况的发生,金隆铜业决定在现有基础上,开展进一步提高闪速熔炼富氧浓度的试验:通过降低工艺风量提高富氧浓度,并对烧嘴布置进行了改进。试验效果证明:沉淀池内结渣状况明显改善,能源消耗显著降低,烟灰发生率降低,锅炉粘结少,烟气平衡得到有效控制。In order to further reduce the quantity of flue gas,improve the environmental quality,and reduce the slagging in the furnace,Jinlong Copper decided to carry out the test to further improve the oxygen-enriched concentration of flash smelting on the existing basis:to reduce the quantity of process air,increase the oxygen-enriched concentration,and improve the burner arrangement.The test result shows that the slagging condition in the settler is obviously improved,the energy consumption is significantly reduced,the occurrence of ash is reduced with less boiler stick-ability,and the flue gas balance is effectively controlled.
