摘 要:废杂铜品种多、品质波动大,传统的直接研磨方式已不适用于样品的制备,中频炉融样的方法逐步在国内各大型冶炼企业得到应用。针对中频炉融样的制备方法及过程注意事项进行分析,得出以下结论:中频炉制样所得样品品位均匀,能有效提高样品的代表性,避免不均匀性试样对化验过程干扰,有效解决各种复杂的废杂铜原料样品制备的难题。Scrap copper appears in many varieties and fluctuates in quality,so the traditional direct grinding method is no longer suitable for its sample preparation.The method to melt samples in a medium frequency furnace has been gradually applied in large smelters in China.The paper describes the operation methods,as well as dos and don'ts,in melting samples in a medium frequency furnace and concludes that the samples prepared in a medium frequency furnace are uniform in grade and there presentativeness of samples is effectively improved,which eliminates any interference of non-uniform samples on the test and thus effectively solve the problem in preparing samples with various complication scrap copper materials.
