摘  要:在对废铅酸蓄电池回收熔炼烟气及其SO2浓度特征分析的基础上,探讨了低浓度SO2烟气处理工艺,认为采用一转一吸与有机胺吸收解吸相结合的方法处理废铅酸蓄电池回收熔炼烟气SO2,在技术经济,保护环境方面更具合理,也可应用于铜、锌、镍、锡等重有色金属废料回收火法冶炼低浓度SO2烟气治理。Based on the characteristics analysis of the smelting gas recovered from waste lead-acid battery and its SO2 concentration,the paper discusses the low-concentration SO2 gas treatment process,it is considered that the combination of "primary-conversion primary-absorption" and organic amine absorption & desorption is more reasonable to treat SO2 in the recovery of smelting gas from waste lead-acid battery in terms of technical economy and environmental protection;it can also be applied to the recovery of low-concentration SO2 gas from heavy non-ferrous metals wastes(such as copper,zinc,nickel and tin etc)through pyrometallurgical technology.
