采用活性氧化铝粉烧成铝碳滑板在钢包上的应用

摘　　要：在钢包用铝碳滑板的生产过程中,加入了活性氧化铝粉,成功地对高温烧成铝碳滑板生产工艺进行了改进,较大幅度降低了烧成温度,其基质部分和骨料部分的良好结合,取得了合理的强度和抗氧化性能,并在安钢150 t钢包上达到了三次连续使用的实用效果。In the production process of aluminum-carbon slide board for ladle,by adding the activated alumina powder,the high temperature sintering aluminum-carbon slide board is successfully improved,the firing temperature is greatly reduced.e,the matrix part and the aggregate part are well combined,the reasonable strength and anti-oxidation performance are obtained,and the practical effect of three-slip is achieved in 150 t ladle.
