摘  要:建立电感耦合等离子质谱(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)检测矿泉水中Be、B、Cr、Mn、Ni、Cu、As、Mo、Ag、Cd、Sb、Ba、Hg和Pb 14种重金属的方法。采用硝酸直接酸化前处理方法,在线加入内标元素~6Li、^(45)Sc、^(72)Ge、^(89)Y、^(115)In、^(159)Tb和^(209)Bi,用ICP-MS进行测定。14种元素在各自的线性范围内线性关系良好(相关系数R>0.999 3),检出限在0.003 1 ng/mL~0.576 0 ng/mL之间,回收率在78.3%~137.5%之间,RSD在1.3%~17.5%之间。A method for determination of heavy metal(Be,B,Cr,Mn,Ni,Cu,As,Mo,Ag,Cd,Sb,Ba,Hg and Pb)in mineral water by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was developed.After direct acidification using nitric acid pre-treatment method,internal standard elements^6Li,^45Sc,^72Ge,^89Y,^115In,^159Tb and^209Bi were added online and the samples were determined by ICP-MS method.The correlation coefficients of the standard curves of fourteen elements were larger than 0.999 3.Determination limits of these fourteen elements were in the range of 0.003 1 ng/mL-0.576 0 ng/mL,the recoveries were 78.3%-137.5%,and RSD were 1.3%-17.5%.
