摘  要:针对MG系列采煤机传统安装工艺的特点和存在的问题,通过调整采煤机的安装顺序,对采煤机及整个安装过程的工艺进行优化,减少了安装硐室的掘进工程量,加快了安装速度,采煤机仅用2个小班的时间就完成了进面及组装,整个安装过程比原工艺条件下节省3天,实现了整个安装工作的安全进行,保证了安全高效生产。According to the characteristics and existing problems of the traditional installation process of MG series shearer,by adjusting the installation sequence of shearer,the process of shearer and the whole installation process is optimized,which reduces the tunneling amount of the installation chamber and accelerates the installation speed.The shearer has finished the face entry and assembly in only two small classes of time,and the whole installation process saves 3 days compared with the original process conditions,thus realizing the safety of the whole installation work and ensuring safe and efficient production.
