摘  要:空冷机组水汽氢电导率持续超标,经试验检测分析,水汽系统中含有大量的CH_3COO^-,确定污染原因为有机物进入水汽系统,经热分解后形成有机酸,造成水汽氢电导率超标,通过分析造成此污染的各种可能原因,确定为2号机组新更换的粉末树脂覆盖过滤器内部绕线式滤芯存在质量问题,微量树脂粉漏入水汽系统,经处理后问题得到解决。Experimental results show that water and steam cation conductivity over-standard in air cooled units is because of the large content of CH3COO-in watergas system.The increasing content of CH3COO-caused by organic compouds is in the watergas system.These organic compounds could be easily decomposed into micro-molecule compound on the condition of high temperature and high pressure such as CH3COO^-,which cause the water and steam conductivity on the regular level.Through analyzing,the quality problem of the filter core in the powdered resin filter is founded.Tiny amounts of resin powder leak into the water and steam system.The problems of water and steam conductivity over-standard are solved by replacement filter core of the powdered resin filter.
