摘 要:针对建立数据驱动的中大口径舰炮PHM系统缺乏科学合理的监测指标体系问题,借鉴复杂机电系统监测指标体系研究方法和构建思路,对中大口径舰炮监测对象选取进行了研究,提出了监测对象和监测指标的选取原则;在此基础上,从人、机、环三方面对舰炮服役状态影响因素进行了研究,从而选取了合理可行的监测指标,确定了指标体系的因素层和总体指标层指标;最后,根据指标的层状结构,构建了多层次递进的舰炮PHM系统监测指标体系。建立的监测指标体系符合舰炮的结构组成特点和使用维护特点,为数据驱动的舰炮PHM系统研究和应用提供了技术支撑。Aiming at the lack of scientific and reasonable monitoring index system of the data driven PHM for medium and large caliber naval gun,by drawing on the method and idea of index system study and construction of complex electromechanical system,the monitoring objects selection is studied,and the selection principles of monitoring objects and index of PHM for naval gun are proposed.On this basis,the effect factors for service status of naval gun,which come from person,machine and enviroment are studied,meanwhile,the monitoring indices are selected scientifically,the factors layer and overall index layer are established.As a result,a multi-level progressive index system of naval gun is constructed based on the stratified structure of the monitoring index.The monitoring index system,which provides the technical approaches for the researching and applying of data driven PHM for naval gun,is conformed to structural feature and usage and maintenance requirements of medium and large caliber naval gun.
