宁镇扬一体化发展程度分析及路径优化研究

摘　　要：宁镇扬一体化程度可以分解为经济联系程度、产业协同程度、市场整合程度三个方面。利用引力模型、产业结构相似系数、区位商、相对价格法分别测算经济联系程度、产业协同程度、市场整合程度及其变化趋势。研究表明,宁镇扬一体化发展仍处于初步推动时期,三个地区基本延续各自独立发展的状态,产业协同发展与市场整合还处在起步阶段。为此,需要从协同创新网络建设、特色产业集聚发展、体制机制创新等方面形成推进宁镇扬一体化发展的合力。The integration of Nanjing-Zhenjiang-Yangzhou Region can be broken up into three aspects as the level of economic relation,the degree of industrial synergy and the extent of market concordance.Making use of gravity model,similarity coefficient of industrial structures,location quotient and relative pricing method,the level of economic relation,the degree of industrial synergy,the extent of market concordance and their variation tendencies are measured and calculated.It has been showed by the study that the integrative development of Nanjing-Zhenjiang-Yangzhou Region is still in its initial promotion stage during which the three cities are basically continuing their own state of independent development,and their industrial synergetic development and market integration are merely in a starting phase.Accordingly,a joint effort should be shaped to advance the integrative development of Nanjing-Zhenjiang-Yangzhou Region from such aspects as synergetic innovative construction of network,concentrated development of characteristic industries and innovation of system and mechanisms,etc.
