摘　　要：探讨临床药师在抗感染药物治疗中可发挥的作用。对1例化脓性肌炎并全身多发性脓肿患者的抗感染方案进行分析与评价,优化治疗方案,实施药学监护。患者的药物治疗有效、合理,临床药师及时发现和解决了患者药物治疗中的问题,为临床合理用药提供了意见并被医师采纳。临床药师融入临床开展药学服务,及时发现并协助解决用药问题,对于保障用药的有效性、安全性发挥了重要作用。This article explored the role of clinical pharmacists involved in anti-infective treatment.The anti-infective treatment of a patient with myositis complicated multiple abscesses was analyzed and evaluated,the medicinal program was optimized with pharmaceutical care implemented.Drug therapy was effective and rational to the patient.The clinical pharmacist timely found out and solved the problems encountered in the course of treatment.At the same time,the pharmacist offered valuable suggestions on rational use of drugs.The pharmacists'involvement in clinical pharmaceutical care could timely find out and help to solve the problems encountered in clinical medication,which would ultimately ensure the safety and treatment efficacy of patients.
