摘　　要：砂石料在建设工程中属于必不可少的重要材料,特别是对水工项目而言,砂石料在混凝土中可占到85%左右,因此,砂石料可称作大坝施工的"粮仓"。在大坝主体施工中,砂石料加工系统会对项目进度、工程质量和投入成本等产生影响,同时,要确保砂石系统的稳定运行,设备安装是关键。基于此,本文结合某水电站大坝项目,通过采用平行作业、扩大单元及整机吊装等方式开展安装工作,有效处理了安装错位校正难、形位尺寸测定难及技术人员操作难等问题,并由施工组织、流程方法和质量控制等角度,分析了系统设备的主要安装技术。Aggregate is indispensable and important material in construction projects, especially for hydraulic projects, it ac-counts for about 85% of concrete. Therefore, it can be called "granary1*of dam construction. During construction of dam main body, aggregate processing system may influence project progress, engineering quality and investment cost. At the same time, equipment installation is the key to ensure stable operation of aggregate system. Based on this, the article introduces installation through paral-lel operation, enlarging unit and machinery assembling in a dam project of a hydropower station, solves problems of installation misalignment correction, shape and size measurement and technicians operation effectively, and analyzes main installation technol-ogy of system equipment from angles of construction organization, process method and quality control.
