摘　　要：介绍了WinCC组态软件,以某厂手机扬声器生产线为背景,根据生产的实际情况以及控制要求,应用工业组态软件WinCC进行了生产线监控系统的设计开发。主要讲述了WinCC与生产线PLC之间的通讯、数据交换、实时监控等常见的应用,编写了Q系列PLC程序,连接了以太网端口,进行了WinCC文件的建立、变量的建立和连接、监视屏幕的设计以及报表的设计和生成。此应用组态软件WinCC开发的监控系统,对于生产线的运行管理具有很大的意义。WinCC configuration software is introduced. Based on the background of a factory's mobile phone loudspeaker production line, according to the actual production situation and control requirements, industrial configuration software WinCC was used to design and develop the production line monitoring system. This paper mainly describes the communication between WinCC and PLC of production line,data exchange, real-time monitoring and other common applications. The Q series PLC program is compiled .Ethemet ports are Connected. The establishment of WinCC file was carried out. The establishment of WinCC files, the estab? lishment and connection of variables, the design of monitoring screen, and the design and generation of report forms are carried out. The monitoring system developed by the configuration software WinCC is of great significance to the operation and management of the production line.
