摘　　要：某电厂采用ZGM磨煤机正压直吹式制粉系统,运行过程中反复出现一次风管堵管现象,严重影响机组的安全运行。经过一次风调平试验验证和停磨检查,发现分离器折向挡板磨损较严重,对分离器折向挡板进行修复后,彻底解决了一次风管堵塞问题。Some power plant uses positive pressure direct blow pulverizing system of ZGM coal mill.Primary air pipe blocking occurs repeatedly during operation which affects seriously unit safety.Through primary air dynamic balance test and the coal mill check,it is found that the separator baffle wears seriously.After repairing separator baffle,the phenomenon of pipe blocking is solved.
