摘　　要：考试是高等院校教学管理工作的重要环节,不仅是检测学生对所学课程的基本知识和技能的手段,也是评价教师对该课程的教学质量和效果的方法。考试过程与考试结果不但是学校建设中考风和考纪的体现,也是学校发展中学风和校风的重要体现。根据考试环节反映出的种种现象和问题,在教学管理工作中逐步制定出完善的管理制度,从而保证人才培养的质量,促进教学质量的提高。因此,加强考试环节的管理,对实际教学管理工作有着举足轻重的意义。As an important part of teaching management in colleges and universities,examination is not only a kind of measure which can test students on the basic knowledge and skills of the course of study,but also a means of assessment of the teacher's teaching quality and effectiveness.On one hand,test process and test results are the important manifestation of exam style and discipline during the school construction.On the other hand,they are also embodied in the development of the school style and ethos.According to the various phenomena and problems reflected from the aspects of examination,it is high time to develop a sound management system gradually,so as to ensure the quality of talent training and to improve the quality of teaching.Thus,it is of great important significance to strengthen the examination management in the practice of teaching management.
