摘　　要：本文针对当前高校学生党建工作的新形势、新任务、新特色,提出学生党建工作"四个一"方法模式,即通过"一岗专责""一评数测""一带多进""一部一品",实现学生党建工作的"联动式"教育,以期提高高校学生党建工作质量,发挥党建的思想引领作用。In view of the new situation,new tasks and new features of the Party construction of college students,this paper proposes the"four-aspect"method model of the Party construction of college students,which is to improve the quality of Party construction for college students and play a leading role in Party construction through"professional responsibility for a specific post","diverse evaluation","mutual promotion"and"striving for excellence".
