摘 要:盐溶液缩聚法是工业上生产尼龙66的主要方法,其预聚合工艺条件对产品质量有直接的影响。基于尼龙66盐离子内脱水与端氨基/端羧基缩聚反应活性的不同,建立了尼龙66盐溶液预聚合动力学模型,通过文献数据整定尼龙66盐离子内脱水反应、端氨基/端羧基可逆缩聚基元反应的表观活化能及指前因子,模型计算结果与文献数据吻合,误差较等活性模型小。以聚合物中尼龙66盐含量小于10-6 mol/g为基准,模型计算得到当水/尼龙66盐的物质的量比为6.23、反应温度为220℃时,预聚合反应时间需大于1.7 h。与预聚合反应时间为0.5 h的尼龙终聚物相比较,预聚合反应时间为2 h的尼龙66终聚物中的低聚物含量少、且其热性能和力学性能较优。建立的模型可用于指导盐溶液预聚合的工艺条件优化。The salt solution polycondensation method was the main method for industry production of nylon 66, and its prepolymerization process conditions had a direct impact on the product quality. The kinetic model for prepolymerization of nylon 66 salt in aqueous solution was established based on the difference of intramolecular dehydration and terminal amino/terminal carboxyl polycondensation activity of nylon 66. The apparent activation energies and the pre-exponential factors of the intrinsic ion dehydration and terminal amino/terminal carboxyl reversible polycondensation reaction of nylon 66 salt were determined by literature data. The simulated data were in good agreement with literature data. The error was smaller than that calculated from the equivalent activity model. Based on the content of nylon 66 in the polymer of less than 10-6 mol/g, the prepolymerization time should be more than 1.7 h calculated by the model under the reaction conditions with molar ratio of water to nylon 66 salt of 6.23 and the reaction temperature of 220℃. Compared with the nylon 66 final polymer under the reactions conditions with prepolymerization time of 0.5 h, the nylon 66 final polymer with the prepolymerization time of 2 h had less oligomer content in polymer, better thermal and mechanical. The established model can be used to guide the optimization of the process conditions for salt solution prepolymerization.
