摘　　要：随着水利信息化技术的快速发展和广泛应用,水利信息化项目监理在水利工程建设中起着越来越重要的作用。以江苏省洪水风险图编制项目(2014/15年度)为例,着重分析了项目监理过程中的质量控制方法及要点,反应了基础资料的收集整理、技术方案的审查落实以及中间成果的复核测试对信息化项目建设质量的影响,为水利信息化项目建设监理工作提供参考。With the rapid development and wide application of water resources information technology,the water conservancy information project supervision plays an increasingly important role in water conservancy project construction.Taking the flood risk map compilation project of Jiangsu Province(2014/2015)as an example,the quality control methods and key points in the process of project supervision were emphatically analyzed,and the influence of the collection and collation of basic data,the examination and implementation of technical schemes and the check and test of intermediate results on the construction quality of informatization projects were reflected,which provided reference for project construction supervision.
