摘 要:对GCr15钢球实施马氏体淬火后常规回火、240℃高温回火和等温贝氏体淬火3种热处理工艺,分别得到常规马氏体、高温回火马氏体和下贝氏体3种组织,试验研究了这3种组织的性能。结果表明,10 mm的GCr15钢球,高温回火马氏体组织与下贝氏体组织的压碎载荷值相当,且明显高于常规马氏体组织的压碎载荷值;下贝氏体组织的抗回火性能明显优于常规马氏体组织的抗回火性能。The conventional martensite,high temperature tempering martensite and lower bainite are obtained respectively after conventional tempering after martensite quenching,high temperature tempering under 240℃and isothermal bainite quenching of steel balls made of GCr15.The properties of three structures are studied experimentally.The results show that the crushing load of high temperature tempering martensite structure is equivalent to that of lower bainite structure,and which is higher obviously than that of conventional martensite structure for steel balls made of GCr15 with a diameter of 10 mm.The tempering resistant performance of lower bainite structure is better than that of conventional martensite structure.
