摘 要:研制了一种高效富氧装置,通过清水充氧试验测定了高效富氧装置的充氧性能。结果表明:高效富氧装置有较好的充氧性能,在液体流量为70mL/min,气体流量为2mL/min时,其氧总转移系数为0.97L/min,充氧能力为0.27kg/h,氧气利用率达到85.77%。通过将高效富氧装置应用于受污染河流的曝气充氧实际工程中,发现该装置能够快速消除水体的异味,改善水体水质,提高水体透明度,实现对受污河流的高效快速净化。对实际污水的小试充氧实验中,水体COD、TP、NH+4-N去除效果较好,平均去除率分别为80%、73.65%和61%。In this paper,a high-efficiency oxygen-enriched device was developed to determine the oxygenation performance of a high-efficiency oxygen-enriched device by the water-oxygenation test.Theresultsshowedthatthe high-efficiency oxygen-enriched device hadgoodoxygenation performance..When the liquid flow rate is 70mL/min and the gas flow rate is 2mL/min,the total oxygen transfer coefficient is 0.97Lmin-1,the oxygenationcapacityis0.27kg/h,and theoxygenutilizationefficiency is 85.77%.By applying the high-efficiency oxygen-enriching device to the aeration and oxygenation actual project of the polluted river,it is found that the device can quickly eliminate the odor of the water body,improve the water quality,improve the transparency of the water body.Therefore,the efficient and rapid purification of the contaminated river can be realized.The removal efficiency of COD,TP and NH4+-N in the actual sewage was better in the pilot aeration experiment.The average removal rates ware 80%,73.65% and 61%,respectively.
