浅谈公众海洋意识提高的经验和思考——以红树林生境保护为例

摘　　要：海洋意识是国家海洋软实力的重要基础。新的历史时期,提升公众海洋意识,是我国建设海洋强国和21世纪海上丝绸之路的重要组成部分。红树林湿地作为最重要的中国海岸带湿地类型之一,是公众海洋意识提高的重要载体。文章分析了我国公众海洋意识的现状及其形成原因,结合基于红树林生境保护开展的海洋科普宣传活动,以及对照国民海洋意识发展指数(MAI)构建的公众海洋意识提高的科普宣传体系,对公众海洋意识的提高提出了切实可行的经验和建议。The marine awareness is the important foundation of the national marine soft power.In the new historical period,the improvement of marine public awareness is an important part of China’s development of maritime power and marine silk road in the 21st century.As one of the most important coastal wetland types in China,mangrove is the most important carrier for improving marine public awareness.This paper analyzes the present situation and courses of marine public awareness in our country,and puts forward practical experience and comments on marine public awareness arising by combining with marine scientific popularization activities based on mangrove habitat protection,as well as contrasting scientific popularization system of marine public awareness based on national marine awareness development index(MAI).
