盐酸羟甲唑啉鼻喷雾剂联合鼻负压置换治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的效果观察与护理

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸羟甲唑啉鼻喷雾剂联合鼻负压置换法治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效及护理方法。方法选择2016年7—12月本院门诊就诊的儿童慢性鼻窦炎患儿94例为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和研究组,对照组单纯给予盐酸羟甲唑啉鼻喷雾剂治疗,研究组在此基础上联合鼻负压置换治疗,均采取综合护理干预措施,对治疗后的临床效果进行观察比较。结果研究组治疗效果优于对照组;研究组治疗后的复发率显著低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿童慢性鼻窦炎患儿的治疗中实施盐酸羟甲唑啉鼻喷雾剂联合鼻负压置换法治疗,配合精心护理,治愈率高,复发率低,临床效果显著,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical efficacy and nursing nursing methods of anefrin nasal spray combined with chronic nasal suction replacement treatment in children with chronic sinusitis.Methods To observed the clinical effect of the combined therapy in patients with chronic nasal sinusitis after treatment,94 cases of child patients committed to our hospital from July to December of 2016 were sampled and divided into control group and study group randomly and equally.The control group were treated merely with anefrin nasal spray while the study were given the combined therapy of anefrin nasal spray and nasal suction replacement.Both groups were treated under comprehensive nursing intervention.Results Curative effect of the study group was better than that of the control group.And the risk of recurrence after treatment in the study group was apparently lower than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined therapy of anefrin nasal spray and nasal suction replacement has been proved to have remarkable clinical effect in children with chronic nasal sinusitis.The combined therapy was believed to have high cure rate and low recurrence rate.With careful nursing,the effect was even better.
