肌骨超声在创伤性浅表软组织损伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨肌骨超声在创伤性浅表软组织损伤中的应用价值。方法选择2017年1月～2018年9月在我院就诊的100例疑似创伤性浅表软组织损伤患者,对所有患者实施X线检查、肌骨超声检查,以手术诊断结果为金标准,比较X线、肌骨超声对创伤性浅表软组织损伤的诊断结果,并分析X线、肌骨超声诊断结果与手术诊断结果间的一致性。结果肌骨超声对创伤性浅表软组织损伤的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确率均高于X线(P<0.05),肌骨超声对肌肉损伤、肌腱损伤、韧带损伤、半月板损伤的诊断符合率均高于X线(P<0.05)。经一致性分析,肌骨超声的诊断结果与手术诊断结果间的一致性良好,X线与手术诊断结果间的一致性中等。结论肌骨超声用于创伤性浅表软组织损伤诊断中具有良好的价值,可对浅表软组织损伤予以灵敏检出,对其软组织损伤类型予以鉴别区分。Objective To study the application value of musculoskeletal ultrasound in traumatic superficial soft tissue injury.Methods From January 2017 to September 2018,100 patients suspected with traumatic superficial soft tissue injury in our hospital were selected,all patients were examined by X-ray and musculoskeletal ultrasonography.The results of operative diagnosis were the gold standard,the diagnostic results of X-ray and musculoskeletal ultrasonography for traumatic superficial soft tissue injury were compared,and the consistency between the diagnostic results of X-ray and musculoskeletal ultrasonography and the operative diagnosis results was analyzed.Results The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of musculoskeletal ultrasound for traumatic superficial soft tissue injury were higher than those of X-ray(P<0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rate of musculoskeletal ultrasound for muscle injury,tendon injury,ligament injury and meniscus injury was higher than that of X-ray(P<0.05).The consistency analysis showed that the diagnostic results of musculoskeletal ultrasonography were in good agreement with those of surgical diagnosis,and the consistency between X-ray and surgical diagnosis was moderate.Conclusion The musculoskeletal ultrasound has a good diagnostic value for the diagnosis of traumatic superficial soft tissue injury.It can detect sensitive superficial soft tissue injury and distinguish the type of soft tissue injury.
