摘　　要：目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2017年12月收治的68例冠心病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各34例。两组患者入院后均给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予阿托他伐汀联合曲他美嗪治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上仅给予阿托他伐汀治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组LVEF均显著升高,LVEDD及LVESD均显著减小,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的心绞痛改善总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组心绞痛发作次数、发作持续时间均显著改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的TC、TG、HDL-C及LDL-C水平均显著优于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病可提高疗效,改善患者心功能和心绞痛发作情况,调节患者血脂水平,用药安全性高,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 68 patients with coronary heart disease admitted from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment after admission,the observation group was given atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine on the basis of routine treatment,while the control group was given atorvastatin only on the basis of routine treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF increased significantly in both groups,LVEDD and LVESD decreased significantly,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of improving angina pectoris in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number and duration of angina attacks in both groups significantly improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly better than those before treatment and in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease can improve the curative effect,patients'heart function and angina pectoris attack,regulate blood lipid levels,with high safety of drug use,which is worth popularizing in clinical application.
