对口引流保留皮桥术治疗复杂性肛瘘的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究对口引流保留皮桥术治疗复杂性肛瘘的临床效果。方法选择我院2016年5月至2018年5月收治的96例复杂性肛瘘患者为研究对象,将其随机分为参照组和研究组,各48例。参照组给予复杂性肛瘘切开术治疗,研究组给予对口引流保留皮桥术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、并发症发生情况及肛门功能恢复情况。结果研究组患者的创口愈合时间及住院时间均显著短于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的并发症总发生率为4.17%,低于参照组患者的18.75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的Wexner评分均显著降低,且研究组显著低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对口引流保留皮桥术在复杂性肛瘘患者的治疗中具有十分显著的应用价值,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of counterpart drainage and retention of skin bridge in the treatment of complex anal fistula.Methods Ninety-six patients with complex anal fistula admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into reference group and research group,with 48 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with complex anal fistulotomy,and the research group was treated with counterpart drainage and retention of skin bridge.The treatment effects,complications and recovery of anal function were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time and hospitalization time in the research group were significantly shorter than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the research group was 4.17%,which was lower than 18.75% in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Wexner scores of both groups decreased,and that of the research group was lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The counterpart drainage and retention of skin bridge in the treatment of complex anal fistula has a very significant application value,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
