综合护理在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠并发大出血产妇中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析综合护理在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠并发大出血患者中的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法将在我院产科接受治疗的82例剖宫产瘢痕妊娠并发大出血产妇分为对照组(常规护理干预)和观察组(综合护理干预),各41例。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的胎儿娩出时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组新生儿出生后1、5 min的Apgar评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论综合护理在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠并发大出血产妇中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in puerperas with cesarean scar pregnancy complicated with massive hemorrhage.Methods A total of 82 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy complicated with massive hemorrhage were divided into control group(routine nursing intervention)and observation group(comprehensive nursing intervention),with 41 cases in each group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The fetal delivery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in Apgar scores at 1 and 5 minutes after delivery between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in cesarean scar pregnancy complicated with massive hemorrhage has a significant effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
