互动式护理模式在老年高同型半胱氨酸血症患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨互动式护理模式在老年高同型半胱氨酸血症患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2016年2月至2018年2月收治的86例老年高同型半胱氨酸血症患者作为研究对象,用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组予以互动式护理干预。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的护理总有效率为95.3%,显著高于对照组的76.7%(P<0.05);观察组知识认知率、护理依从优良率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组同型半胱氨酸及叶酸水平均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为93.0%,高于对照组的74.4%(P<0.05)。结论对老年高同型半胱氨酸血症患者实施互动式护理干预的效果显著,可显著提高患者对疾病的认知率及护理依从性,降低患者同型半胱氨酸水平,缓解病情,提高护理满意度,值得临床大力推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of interactive nursing mode in elderly patients with hyperhomocysteinemia.Methods A total of 86 elderly patients with hyperhomocysteinemia who were admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given interactive nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 95.3%,which was significantly higher than 76.7% in the control group(P<0.05).The knowledge recognition rate and excellent and good rate of nursing compliance in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of homocysteine and folic acid in the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.0%,which was higher than 74.4% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Interactive nursing intervention applied in elderly patients with hyperhomocysteinemia has significant effect,which can significantly improve the disease awareness and nursing compliance of patients,reduce the level of homocysteine,alleviate the disease and improve the nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
