摘　　要：目的探讨高频超声在小儿脐尿管畸形诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2011年9月至2018年3月的78例经手术证实的脐尿管畸形患儿的二维及彩色多普勒超声图像。结果 78例脐尿管畸形患儿中,脐尿管囊肿39例,脐尿管窦14例,脐尿管瘘21例,脐尿管憩室4例,与手术结果对照,高频超声对小儿脐尿管畸形诊断的符合率为85.90%。结论小儿不同类型脐尿管畸形的超声表现具有一定的特征性,高频超声可为临床提供较为可靠的诊断依据,是诊断小儿脐尿管畸形的首选方法。Objective To explore the application value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of urachus malformationinchildren.MethodsAretrospective analysiswas made of the two-dimensional andcolor Doppler ultrasonographic images of 78 children with urachus malformation confirmed surgically in our hospital from September 2011 to March 2018.Results Among 78 cases of urachus malformation,39 cases were urachus cyst,14 cases were urachus sinus,21 cases were urachus fistula,and 4 cases were urachus diverticulum.Compared with the results of operation,the coincidence rate of high frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of urachus malformation in children was 85.90%.Conclusion Ultrasound manifestations of different types of urachus malformation in children have certain characteristics.High frequency ultrasound can provide reliable diagnostic basis for clinic and is the first choice for diagnosis of urachus malformation in children.
